Group Fitness Schedule
Check out all of the available classes we offer on a weekly basis below. Choose the day you'd like to take a class, pick your favorite, and reserve your spot!
NEW: Improved Registration Process!
Starting at 6:30am every day, you can reserve your spot in any class up to two days in advance. The “Join Waitlist” and “Cancel” options remain unchanged. For a more convenient experience, download our My J app.

How do I reserve a spot in a fitness class?
Use the schedule above to select your class and reserve a spot. Download the My J app for a more convenient experience! Reserve your spot on the My J app up to 2 days before the class.
What are JFit classes, and why are they so small?
JFit classes are small group classes led by a JCC certified trainer. They are intentionally kept small for more individual attention.
Who can take JFit classes?
JFit is free and open to all members! Reserve a spot above or download the My J app.
What are Premium Classes and where can I learn more about them?
Premium classes are available for members and non-members for a fee. Members get a discounted price. For a complete listing of Premium class offerings, visit bostonjcc.org/wellness or contact Heidi White at HWhite@jccgb.org.
Does the JCC offer online or virtual classes?
Yes! We have a library of online options. You can find our online library on the website under the tab called ‘JCCGB+’. From there, you can take classes that are ‘live’ on Zoom OR watch the recording of certain classes.
What classes are offered live on Zoom or are available for viewing?
The classes listed on the schedule with a * indicate that they are available on JCCGB+. To participate in a ‘live’ class, log in when the class starts. To access classes from the library, you can go on any time.
Why can’t I find any Zumba® or LaBlast® classes in the online library?
Zumba® and LaBlast® classes are only available ‘live’ because
of copyright rules.
How do I use JCCGB+?
Visit bostonjcc.org and click “Sign In” in the top right
corner.
Enter your email and password associated with your JCC
account.

Never logged into the website before? Click
“Returning members click here!” and enter your First
Name, Last Name, Birthdate, and Email Address, then
click Submit to set up your login.
Once you are logged in:

Click “JCCGB+” in the main menu
To browse on-demand classes:

Click Home → choose a category (like Fitness)

Use filters to search by class type or instructor
To join a live class:

Click Live & Upcoming

Select your class and click Accept & Join
*You can join up to 10 minutes before class starts
I am a new member. How can I learn about fitness opportunities?
Among the incredible benefits you receive as a new member of the JCC is a complimentary 45 minute Wellness Consultation and a complimentary 45 minute Personal Training session!
