Ninjutsu & Self Defense: A meaningful summer activity for teens.
Many teens spend the summer with fewer routines, more screen time, and less movement. Our Ninjutsu program gives them an active, focused, and meaningful practice to step into.
Through Bu-do Taijutsu, commonly known as Ninjutsu, they will learn practical martial arts skills including self defense, striking, rolling, balance, movement, awareness, and basic weapon forms, all taught in a safe and respectful environment. The class is designed to help your teen build more focus, confidence, discipline, resilience, and a stronger sense of control under pressure. Open to ages 12 and up. Beginners are welcome.
Led by Eitan Nussbaum, an 8th-degree black belt with over two decades of martial arts experience, certified by the Israeli College of Sports and the Hombu Dojo in Japan.
This program meets Sundays, July 12 - August 30
Cost: $280; JCC Member Cost: $240
