For Ages 15–99

Inclusive group fitness class specially designed for adults with disabilities (18+). The first part of the class will be cardio dancing with light weights and stretching in our group fitness studio. The second part of the class will be an aqua-aerobics class in the pool. If you require specific accommodations or a scholarship, please let us know so that we can support you.
