For Ages

In collaboration with the Boston University Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC), you're invited to a FREE, in-person educational talk led by Dr. Katherine Turk, a neurologist specializing in memory and aging. During this session, we’ll explore key topics such as:

  • Normal aging vs. signs of concern
  • What Alzheimer’s disease is and how it differs from dementia
  • The latest research and treatment updates
  • Lifestyle strategies for brain health — including tips on exercise, diet, and sleep

Our goal is to educate and empower. Whether you're a caregiver, someone interested in prevention, or just looking to learn more, you'll leave with valuable insights and actionable steps to support a healthier brain and lifestyle. Bring your questions — there will be plenty of time for Q&A!

Dr. Katherine Turk is a board-certified neurologist specializing in cognitive and behavioral neurology. She earned her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her neurology residency at the University of Washington, followed by a fellowship in Behavioral Neurology at Boston University/VA Boston.
