Fitness Director

Matt is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology. He received his personal training certification through the NSCA in 2011 and has been training ever since. After years working at the YMCA, Matt now serves as JCC Greater Boston’s Fitness Director. He is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential through health and wellness. Matt holds a TRX certification as well as a NETA Kettlebell certification. His main goal is for clients to feel better leaving the gym than when they arrived.
