Walk and Talk Health is a self-led walking group for seniors offered in collaboration with Newton Wellesley Hospital (NWH), the Needham Council on Aging (COA) and JCC Greater Boston.
Improve your cardiovascular health and connect with members in your community while walking JCC's indoor track. A health specialist from NWH will join the group quarterly to share important health information, answer your questions, and walk alongside participants. Upcoming dates include September 29 (Self-Care Awareness Month).
