Develop a deep understanding of Tai Chi principles through the practice of powerful, flowing Wudang style Tai Chi, enhancing physical strength while cultivating higher levels of Qi energy. Suitable for beginner level students with previous Tai Chi experience and fundamentals practice as well as more advanced Tai Chi practitioners in Wudang or any other style. Each class includes a short warm up, solo and group practice, and where applicable, individualized training. Tai Chi Open Practice offers an excellent opportunity for dedicated students to refine core Tai Chi skills, explore Qigong practices, and work with dynamic Wudang style movements and techniques. Class meets both in-person and online; a private Zoom link will be provided. Cost: $253; $198 for JCC Members (No class April 11 and May 23.)
