Train the strength, power, and control behind every swing, shot, and throw in this rotational fitness program designed for athletes in all rotational sports. Led by certified personal trainer Nick Cosky, this program focuses on developing explosive rotational power, core stability, and full-body coordination to improve performance on the court and field. Participants will build the ability to generate force efficiently and transfer it through the body with control through dynamic movement training that challenges strength, speed, and athletic coordination. Emphasis is placed on mobility, balance, deceleration, and injury prevention to support healthy, sustainable athletic movement. This class is suitable for a wide range of ages and fitness levels, with progressions that allow athletes to be challenged while reinforcing proper mechanics and movement quality.
