Scientific research shows that lifestyle changes, including diet, exercise, and cognitive training, can significantly reduce the risk of dementia. These modifiable lifestyle factors contribute more to cognitive health than many people realize and may help prevent or delay more than 45% of dementia cases.

Join Rachel Fox, from the Deanna and Sidney Wolk Center for Memory Health at Hebrew SeniorLife, to learn practical steps you can take to optimize your brain health. Rachel will also share ways the Wolk Center can provide the support and resources needed to help you be successful.

Questions, email wellness@jccgb.org.

This in-person event is FREE offered in collaboration with Hebrew SeniorLife. Registration is required.
