Have you gone to the aisles of Baza and didn’t know what to buy? In this immersive 1.5-hour guided tour of Baza Gourmet Food & Spirits in Newton, you will learn about buying, preparing, and enjoying Eastern European delicacies while exploring unique specialty aisles. You will experience a deep dive into Eastern European culture and culinary traditions, transforming a grocery trip into a cultural exploration that reveals the traditions and social fabric woven into modern life. Serving suggestions and a few traditional recipes will be provided along with a simple glossary card, which can be used for future shopping.
