Decrease risk of injury and chronic pain by improving movement efficiency and balance. Led by a certified group fitness instructor, this class focuses on exercises fundamental to daily life activities. Special attention is paid to improving your core stability, balance, and overall strength & flexibility in order to remain active and healthy no matter what life may bring. This class will meet both in-person and on Zoom; a private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
