Join us for this 2-day workshop on the second third of the Wudang Tai Chi 13 Form. Consisting of 13 groups of movements, it is the oldest Tai Chi form taught at China’s famed center of Taoism, Wudang Mountain. It incorporates the Eight Jins (Energies) and Five Steps that form the basis of all Tai Chi practice. Powerfully flowing yet soft and gentle, it is invigorating and healing. We will briefly review the sections covered in our first workshop, and then teach the following three sections of the form, including demonstrating some of the martial arts applications. Each day will be recorded, and participants will be able to download and keep the lesson videos. Previous experience with the Wudang 13 Form required. This workshop meets on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19.
