Spend your Sunday afternoons learning to bake! Yael Katzman, Camp Grossman's beloved 'Cooking Lady,' comes to the Leventhal-Sidman campus to teach some of our favorite camp recipes, as well as some new ones. With years of experience in the adaptive world, Yael will share her love of baking and cooking as well as facilitate group discussions that promote social connections. Our recreational cooking class is geared towards individuals who benefit from a multi-sensory learning experience, small group setting, and step-by-step directions. Participants will eat their final products during class and leave with the recipes to make these treats at home. Menus will accommodate allergy and dietary restrictions.
