We gather to honor resilience, embrace joy, and find strength in the simple, powerful act of dancing. As we continue to navigate healing after October 7, movement offers wisdom, helping us reconnect with our bodies, release emotions, and rediscover joy together. In Jewish tradition, dance can be more than celebration, it can open a pathway to healing, serve as a form of prayer, connect body and spirit, transform pain into resilience, and remind us of the joy that sustains us. This gentle, beginner-friendly dance experience invites you to move with intention, feel supported by others, and discover your strength. No dance experience needed—come as you are. This FREE event is a space for reflection, support and shared strength.
We will dance from 3-4pm. We encourage everyone to stay after for refreshments and connections.
