Join Nutrition coach Jessie Amodeo for a 6-week small-group program designed to help you build lasting habits and feel more confident in your food choices. Each week, you'll dive into a new topic covering everything from the basics of nutrition and understanding macronutrients, to meal planning, portion control, and making healthy habits stick. You'll also explore more practical skills such as reading food labels, shopping smart, and prepping foods that support your goals. This program meets Tuesdays, November 4–December 16 (no session November 25).
