This 4-week strength training program designed for women will help to build strength, improve confidence, and learn proper weightlifting technique in a supportive environment. The classes will focus on the foundational movements of the chest press, squat, and deadlift, along with accessory exercises and instruction on how to build a complete program. Led by Certified Personal Trainer, Luca Smith, participants will leave the group feeling more confident in the weight room and beyond. This program meets Mondays, October 6–October 27 Cost: $185 | JCC Member Cost: $150
