Embark on a gentle, full-body workout with our beginner-friendly pole walking class, led by a certified Urban Poling instructor. Designed for those new to fitness or looking to enhance their walking routine, this class introduces you to the basics of pole walking using Activator® Poles.
What to expect:
• Gentle Introduction: Learn the fundamentals of pole walking at a comfortable pace.
• Proper Technique: Understand the correct posture and movement to maximize benefits.
• Strength and Balance Exercises: Engage in simple exercises to improve stability and overall strength.
• Community Support: Join a group of like-minded individuals in a supportive environment.
Participants should be able to walk independently or with a cane and stand for at least 10 minutes. Open to the entire community. Cost: $276; $60 for JCC Members
