Fight back against Parkinson's disease in this non-contact boxing-style fitness class to feel your best inside and out! This summer it's a whole new Rock Steady—we go bagless for this Fight Camp with a different focus, but the same results, same "tough love" approach and super boxing drills, calisthenics, resistance/strength training & more to increase strength, balance, reaction time, overall fitness, brain health and function.
Led by a Certified Rock Steady Boxing Coach, this class is higher intensity, designed for boxers with good balance, the ability to stand for the majority of class and a desire to be more athletic, subject to assessment; $25 assessment fee is included. Cost: $126
Meets both in-person and online; a private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
