Take your fitness to a new level with Pole Walking! In this special class led by a certified Urban Poling Instructor, learn pole walking technique, stair/step navigation, and strength and balance exercises for a full-body workout. Pole walking can help people with improve stamina and stability, upright posture, and mind/body connections. Experience firsthand the Activator Walking Poles and practice your skills on the indoor track with other community members. (Participants must be able to walk independently or with a cane and stand for 10 minutes or more.) Cost: $138 $108 for JCC Members
