This specialized fitness class is designed to improve your swing, increase power, and prevent injuries Led by Certified Personal Trainer and avid golfer, Nick Cosky, you will focus on core strength, mobility, and balance—key elements for a consistent and powerful game. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just starting out, this class will help you drive farther, putt smoother, and feel stronger on the course.
