For the past two months, we have been in daily communication with our camp staff, camp colleagues, state and national camping organizations, the CDC, public health experts, and the Dover, MA Department of Public Health to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic would impact Camp Grossman. Based on those conversations, we all believed that, though camp would look different, we would still be able to open this summer. However, upon the release of the long-awaited camp operational guidance from Governor Baker’s office on Monday, as well as additional local guidelines from Dover, we have come to the sad conclusion that we will not be able to operate Camp Grossman this summer.

The Grossman team plans to be back in the office in November to begin planning for the best summer possible in 2021! We will communicate with you all as soon as we are back. Please note that unlike years past, registration for Summer 2021 will begin in early January. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Shira at email@example.com.
Grossman is my home away from home every summer.
At Camp Grossman, Adventures, Friendships, and Memories Await!
The Camp Grossman day is about having fun! Activities provide opportunities to explore nature, make lifelong friends, and develop new skills in a warm and positive Jewish camping community. Supportive, experienced counselors and staff help campers develop the confidence they need to tackle new skills and build self-confidence.
The Grossman schedule is entirely flexible. Families can enroll for two to nine weeks, consecutively or as they choose. Bus transportation is provided from 48 communities across Greater Boston with over 100 stops for easy drop-off and pick-up.
Campers are assigned to bunks according to age and grade. Older campers may choose from electives to build an exciting and challenging day. All campers receive Red Cross approved instructional swim and participate in free swim under the supervision of trained instructors and lifeguards.
Grossman is a place to be active, a place to make friends and a place for building skills and self-confidence. We can't wait to welcome your family!
