Meet the Team

Rachel Kradin
Family Connector, Welcome Baby!

I live in Natick with my husband, my toddler, Bessie, and my newborn son, Abe. A Newton native, I returned to this area after living in the far reaches of northern California and southern New Hampshire for fifteen years where I worked as a social worker and community organizer. As a family, we love to be outdoors, at the park or on long walks together, work on messy art projects or cook together at home. After living in areas of the country where Jewish life was not as accessible, when the opportunity to work with JCC Greater Boston (the place that taught me how to swim and gave me my summer camp experiences as a child!) and local families, I was excited by the prospect to reengage with a Jewish community, this time as a new parent. It brings me great satisfaction to be in the unique position to be able to help others connect to the same sense of community that I am also finding for myself in a way that works for them.
