Stephanie fell in love with Pilates after it helped her recover from a back injury. She completed the STOTT PILATES training soon after and has been teaching since 2007. Stephanie graduated with a BA in Education from the University of Hartford. She lives in Needham with her family and enjoys walking, expressing herself through art, and cooking with her daughter.
