Kelly has a wide-range of fitness and wellness experience. She graduated from UMass Amherst with a degree in Kinesiology and a Masters of Business Administration. She is certified as a Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and holds a specialty personal training certification that focuses on training individuals with medical conditions and injuries. She provides results-driven workouts with a focus on improving her clients’ quality of life. Kelly is an avid runner, spinner and golfer.

- 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of a session. You must contact your personal trainer directly. You will be charged for the full session cost for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
