- If a client is unable to attend their lesson, they must call the basketball trainer, providing at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged.
- All lessons will begin and end on time.
- All sales are final.

Doug Maynard is in his eighth year as the Tennis Director at the JCC. He is a United States Professional Tennis Association Elite Professional with 25 years experience at the professional, collegiate, interscholastic and club/resort level. Doug has trained and coached national junior champions and touring pros. He is a former NCAA Big South Conference Coach of the Year. As a collegiate player at Ole Miss and University of North Carolina Asheville, he was ranked in the nation’s top 15.
