By extending a warm and open welcome, today’s JCC Greater Boston helps families and individuals connect with their Jewish identity and their Jewish community on their own terms. However, facility and resource limitations often hinder our ability to fully deliver high quality, innovative, accessible programs. Our Campaign to Re-imagine the JCC is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help support and strengthen our Jewish community for generations to come.

Our imagination is now your experience!

The Winn Family & Wellness Center opened on September 15, 2019. The Winn Family & Wellness Center, encompassing the George Schultz Fitness Center, new locker rooms and the Family and Wellness Wings, is a project that has taken a village. Our deep appreciation to all our members, users, staff and donors who have supported the JCC community through this journey. We have been proud to share these moments with you and know that the vibrant, innovative programming in these new beautiful spaces will continue to strengthen our community for generations to come.

The Family Wing is designed for a range of uses to serve the needs of children and their families. Fully redesigned and re-imagined toddler and kids' gyms; new and expanded creative spaces for preschool, camp and enrichment programs filled with quality programming. These flexible spaces, anchored by our new Family Commons, a space to relax and talk with friends, serve as the hub for families to come together to build dynamic Jewish family traditions and connections that last a lifetime.

The Wellness Wing includes a new Group Fitness studio, tranquil Mind & Body studio, Pilates studio and a welcoming gathering space for users to connect before classes. The centerpiece of the Wing is the Community Room which offers expanded Parkinson's wellness education, Camp Kaleidoscope performances, Health & Wellness seminars and more! Combined with the George Schultz Fitness Center and our all-new locker rooms with 9 private changing spaces, these stunning new studios have transformed our Health & Wellness Facilities into beautiful state-of-the-art, natural light filled spaces.

We invite you to come in, experience our innovative programs and connect with your community!

Looking ahead...

Our Campaign to Re-imagine the JCC is embarking on its next step. We are now focused on the transformation of the Leventhal-Sidman JCC lobby and Café (learn more about the project here). We are so grateful to our donors who have helped us reach $18M for the Leventhal-Sidman JCC project. With just $2.5M left to raise, the incredible momentum with this campaign will reach its successful conclusion and another, at Camp Grossman, will begin…

So many children — and in many instances, their parents — have called Camp Grossman a summer home. We are picturing what these next forty years will look like for the camp and for our Jewish community. You can learn more about the start of Our Campaign to Re-imagine the JCC Camp Grossman here.

Thanks to you,

We are just $30,000 away from reaching our community campaign goal of $150,000. Your support helps us reach our goal of 100% participation from our JCC community. These gifts are truly appreciated as we work together to create the welcoming and secure spaces that will ensure everyone who enters the Leventhal-Sidman JCC feels connected to their Jewish identity and each other.
