Once a year, the harvest festival - the holiday of Sukkot - is commemorated by building temporary structures and inviting friends and family to join in them. What does this holiday teach us about gratitude? What do the practices of Judaism and yoga teach us about the temporary nature of all things? In this workshop, explore Jewish teachings on Sukkot through breath and body, utilize the practice of yoga and Jewish tradition to learn about happiness, gratitude and the nature of change. Class is free and open to the entire community. Space is limited, RSVP required. RSVP to email@example.com.
