Time spent hunched over electronic devices (as well as other repetitive movement) can cause shoulder and neck strain. In this gentle yoga practice, you will work to improve shoulder and neck tension through a series of stretches and postures. Additionally, you will cultivate increased body awareness to promote more functional movement patterns and learn helpful stretches for ongoing relief and wellness.
