The "Mother Tai Chi Form" from Wudang Mountain, this set is said to be the original form created by Tai Chi's famed creator, Taoist Master Zhang, Sanfeng. Beautiful and truly healing, it features 13 groups of movement that incorporate many of the major principle techniques in Tai Chi. The fluid movements of the Wudang 13 embody stillness in movement, integrate the mind and body, and elevate the spirit. This is a continuing class that can incorporate new students and will include working in depth on individual movements found in the form. The class recording will be available for students to review for 5 days between each class in order to help students practice during the week. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
