The "Mother Tai Chi Form" from Wudang Mountain, this set is said to be the original form created by Tai Chi's famed creator, Taoist Master Zhang, Sanfeng. Beautiful and truly healing, it features 13 groups of movement that incorporate many of the major principle techniques in Tai Chi. The fluid movements of the Wudang 13 embody stillness in movement, integrate the mind and body, and elevate the spirit. Learn the first two sections of the form in this 6 week session.
