Participants will learn the very simple, yet transformative/healing, Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong set (BaDuan Jin) as well as two of the Five Animals Qigong forms and some of the movements of the Wudang Tai Chi 13 Movement Form. Through this meditative practice, the combination of flowing movements and Qi breathing techniques work to build inner power/energy, develop structural muscles, improve balance/flexibility and reduce stress.
