Develop a deep understanding of Tai Chi principles through the practice of flowing and powerful movements of Wudang style Tai Chi, while enhancing physical strength with greater levels of Qi, our life force energy. Features a combination of group practice and more individualized instruction tailored to the needs of all participants. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Tai Chi practitioners, each class starts with a short warm up, followed by a group practice, and then more individualized training.
Tai Chi Open Practice is a great opportunity for students of all levels to learn basic Tai Chi movements, explore Qigong practices, dynamic Wudang movements/techniques & much more!
