Mindfulness is our ability to be present in the moment without a need to file things into various categories of good or bad. It is our ability to be with whatever is unfolding right now. Led by a Meditation Instructor, this class will engage in both formal and informal practices of mindfulness that allows for the cultivation of this "witness aspect" in your day to day life. Experience deeper states of embodiment in order to experience the simple joy of being, unassociated from whether the external world is pleasing or displeasing to you. Practices include body scan, gentle yoga, sitting meditation, gratitude and forgiveness.
