Purim is a time to rejoice in the bravery of Queen Esther, who was willing to risk her own safety to protect others, and to revel in the topsy-turvy way her story unfolded. Come in costume and celebrate Purim at Playgroup. Sing Purim songs, hear stories, march in a parade and eat Hamantaschen! After a welcome to Shabbat, it's off to the playground to play!

Bring a waterproof mat or other item to sit on, as we will meet on the grassy area and it is often damp.

No cost, pre-registration is required.

In case of inclement weather, check JCC Metro North Family Connection on Facebook or contact metronorth3@jccgb.org.

JCC Greater Boston is proud to offer diverse programming serving populations that are still considered to be at risk, or are not yet able to be vaccinated. Anyone 2 years and older should continue to wear a mask indoors. Masks are not required in outdoor spaces. Our code of conduct still requires that you stay home if you are feeling unwell and/or have been exposed to COVID-19 and are not vaccinated. Regardless of your vaccination status if you prefer to wear a mask, you are welcome to do so.
