As parents, our busy lives keep us in a very high-speed gear, resulting in missed opportunties for family connection and growth. As part of this 4-week series, receive mindfulness exercises and suggested activities to practice both individually and with your children/teens. Parents are encouraged to register for the entire series, however, individual workshop sign-ups are also available.
Week 2 - The roles we play both personally and professionally can keep us on auto-pilot knocking down the never-ending to-do list, preventing us from being "present" with the people we love the most. Led by Meditation Instructor Patricia Howard, explore the habitual ways we react in interpersonal relationships and learn how to be more present with others for more gratifying relationships.
