Parents are encouraged to register for the entire series, however, individual workshop sign-ups are also available. Week 1- Join Meditation Instructor Patricia Howard in this first session on a four week journey to develop mindfulness in both your personal and family life. Discover what Mindfulness is, ways to cultivate Mindfulness, and stategies for consistency. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the class.
