As part of this 4-week series, receive mindfulness exercises and suggested activities to practice both individually and with your children/teens. Parents are encouraged to register for the entire series, but individual workshops sign-ups are also available.
Week 3 - What is the family life you wish to have? While family values and practices are easier to achieve when children are young, it's never too late to make your dreams come alive. Led by Meditation Instructor Patricia Howard, explore the gap between "dream" and "reality" and take small steps toward positive change, allowing for greater prescence and cohesiveness in your home. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the class.
