In this workshop led by trained Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Anjana Bhargava, receive tips on specific herbs and spices to keep your digestive fire burning. We will also focus on ginger, coriander, fennel, triphala & more to keep your gut from developing disorders, improve the way your body transforms food, and ensure your gut is working properly.
