This class is designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations. Using the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga, a sense of wholeness and balance is created. Meditation, guided imagery and gentle restorative exercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety, optimizing the participant's physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. The class is designed for participants to either stay in a chair or use a mat.
