Designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis and other physical limitations, this class follows the "Body Awareness" approach of Pathways Yoga. Gentle restorative excercises are used to help relieve pain and anxiety, optimizing the participant's physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. Class idesigned for participants to either stay in a chair or use a mat.
