TRX is a gravity and body-weight based workout that helps build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability and prevents injuries for people of all fitness levels. Takes place in the Functional Training Studio.A 60-minute class led by a personal trainer focusing on strength training and flexibility. Learn proper form for various exercises and why each exercise is important to your overall conditioning. Class includes strength training for upper and lower body, core work for abdominals, flexibility and stretching.
