As we celebrate our shared commitment to wellness and community, join us for JCC Greater Boston's 2nd annual Couch to J 5K on June 13, a virtual 3.1 mile run/walk/jog for participants of all ages and abilities. Receive a four-week progressive training on Zoom led by Certified Personal Trainer Linnea Laverty, meeting Fridays at 12:30pm starting May 14. Includes helpful running tips, key support from staff, fellow runners & more. (A schedule confirmation will be emailed upon registration.) You will also receive a special Couch to J 5K t-shirt.
