Led by a Certified Yoga Instructor, this class is performed both seated in a chair and standing for participants with movement and/or physical limitations. Practice breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the mind/body and explore a variety of poses/movement (asana )to improve strength, balance and flexibily. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
