Learn what arthritis is and discover how yoga can help to improve your symptoms. Class includes a gentle yoga practice and key information surrounding causes and symptoms of arthritis, areas of the body most affected, use of yoga props and modifications, treatment goals and incorporating yoga into an overall health regimen.
