With the stresses and strains of modern life, most people are suffering from some form of tension at the mental level resulting in depression, anxiety, irritability, insecurity or a general feeling of dissatisfaction. Genetic, environmental, cognitive and personality factors are usually attributed for causing such mood disorders, however, Ayurveda offers a different perspective.

In this workshop led by trained Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, Anjana Bhargava, learn about the Ayurvedic approach to mental health disorders and changes you can make to your diet/lifestyle to cope more effectively with life's challenges and bring positivity to your overall sense of being.
