Slow to moderate-paced yoga class for beginners and yogis wanting to improve his/her yoga practice. Attention to pose alignment (asana), breath work (pranayama), and movement w/ purpose (vinyasa) will be provided. The practice will end w/ a series of poses and stretches for full body rejuvenation and healing.
