This valued member of the JCC Greater Boston team will welcome and direct members and guests visiting JCC Greater Boston. Additional responsibilities include answering and directing telephone inquiries, registering members and guests for classes, navigating the membership database, and providing information to prospective members. The Customer Service Representative works closely with both JCC Greater Boston staff and the community at large.
The Representative must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent phone etiquette, and be committed to the highest standards of customer service. He/She/They must have superior problem-solving skills as well as computer competency. Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Primary shift will be opening (beginning at 5:15 am). Total hours will range from 5-15 hours per week. Candidates must be willing to work shifts covering the operational hours of the center including early morning, evenings and weekends and must have reliable transportation.
