Its energy is creative, volatile, and powerful, and so are we as we enter this phase in our annual cycle. Learn how Spring and its associated element of wood affects us, and strategies to bring ourselves into harmony with the season. Experience a gentle yoga class designed to provide stability/strength to support the invitation for growth and change that Springs brings. All levels welcome.
