Take your golf game to the next level with this dynamic yoga class designed for golfers. Incorporates core-focused movement/poses and stretches to build strength, flexibility, mind-body coordination and concentration to help improve swing distance, control and accuracy. Led by a certified Yoga for Golfers® instructor. Golfers of all abilities welcome and no yoga experience required. Class meets both in-person and online. A private Zoom link will be provided prior to the session.
