Develop a deep understanding of Tai Chi principles through the practice of powerful, flowing Wudang style Tai Chi, which enhances physical strength with greater levels of Qi energy. Suitable for beginners as well as experienced Tai Chi practitioners, each class includes a short warm up, group practice, and where applicable, individualized training. Explore Tai Chi basics and Qi Gong practices and learn dynamic Wudang movements/techniques. Advance your practice and sharpen your skills with additional Kung Fu training. Class meets both in-person and online; a private Zoom link will be provided. Cost: $207; $162 for JCC Members (No class September 16.)
