Get back in the saddle and pedal to the beat while spending quality time with community friends. Build lower body strength and improve mind/muscle coordination and stamina during this slow-paced, social ride. Participants must demonstrate good stability on the bike; singing along is welcome but not required. Taught by a certified Parkinson’s Cycling coach.
